Another week has gone by so quickly…thanks to everyone who has visited and left a comment. the two winners are (using my random number generators…Liam picked 10 and Jarrod picked 62) the lucky winners are May Britt and Debbie (oct 24 10:52am) so let me know your address and they will be on their way!!!!

Todays pattern is another Christmas one. This time with some needleturn applique (which I am enjoying very much!!). It is quite simple and you should have plenty of time before Christmas to make this for your table!!

Have a stitching weekend

No, not the time but a pattern!! (although I would love for someone to give me an extra day!!)
For the next six weeks I will be having a pattern of the week giveaway, so every Friday check back and see what I have for you. I am going to start off with a new pattern "blessings to all". Spring is in the air and with Christmas just around the corner, this is just  the right mix for stitching.

Last week Natalie  came visiting and I took her to my local shop Foothills Fabric & Threads. Of course she made a great impression!!!!

How we laughed!!!! Sandra is still finding stray buttons!!!!

We had a lovely time especially at the most gorgeous place in the hills…..Glenharrow, with Rosie and Leanne.

Here I am back with some photos of some new designs. These are the projects that I made for the Quilters Harvest workshop on the 4th of October. They are not quite ready as patterns yet but I will 

let you know when they are. This bag is called Emma Jane, and this stitchery is "gentle dreams"

it reads "let summer whisper her gentle dreams"

the third project is a quilt with some applique.   This is "midsummer garden"….hope you like them!!!

A quick post to show you Ramona's project in the latest issue of Homespun which came today. It is a roly poly sewing companion……I was very excited when I opened it up….I had forgotten which issue it would be in…so…..here is Ramona…

The Quilters Harvest day out was a fantastic day in the country. beautiful weather, yum yum food ( I love quiche and salad and the lemon tart was divine!!!) and the company of lovely women all ready for a busy day of stitching and painting (with paints and pencils).

I will post photos of my projects in a couple of days, it is daylight savings here now and we have lost an hour!!! I hope I don't spend most of the day looking for it!!!

It's a lovely sunny day here in Melbourne. I have been for a walk and am in the middle of packing for my visit to Quilter's Harvest in Warracknabeal. I am picking Kerry up and we will be off for the drive across our lovely state.

all will be revealed next week. I am looking forward to meeting lots of lovely ladies!!!

I have a couple of classes coming up at Foothills this month. This is my hexagon basket and is one class. Check out Foothills blog for their newsletter with day and times for the class
