They look great and both Pam and Kerry were very pleased…now for block 2!!

I have been very relaxed these school holidays so have not had much inspiration to design!!! I took 2 boys to the Melbourne show on Friday which was a lovely day, very busy and lots to see and do. Unfortunately Liam always thinks that the fast scary ride looks okay but once he is on…….get me off!!!
and of course for anyone who lives in Victoria..the football grand final was on Saturday…I was glad Hawthorn won……..what a fun day also!!

Off I go now to the sewing room to see if I can conjure up anything with my pencil and paper!!!!

Bye for now

Gail

Christmas Is…….

What a fabulous weekend at Candleberry Country for the Christmas workshop. Lots of ladies came down to Yarragon and enjoyed a day of stitching, friends, yummy food and laughs. My three projects for the day can now be revealed….

I will admit there were a few tears………..it was soooo good!!! So if you can you must go!!!! ( I am a big fan of musical theatre so I am kinda biased….oh and also the fact that I LOVE the Wizard of OZ)

I am very much looking forward to this weekend as I am off to Candleberry Country for the Christmas workshop. I was so excited when Natalie asked me to be one of the designers and now it is here….. I will be teaching with Viv, Kerry and Amanda……oh what fun we are going to have!!    I promise I will take heaps of photos and will reveal my projects on Monday.

Have a good weekend and maybe I will see you in Yarragon!!!

Thursday day trip

Today I went on a little day trip to Warburton to take Liam to a school chess competition (which his school won!! yeah and he got a medal!!!) so I decided to stay up and fill in my time shopping, reading and browsing the great shops there. Of course I had to drop in and see Carol from Heart & Home Patchwork in Yarra Junction.  Carol supported me when I first started out and it is nice to drop in and say hello.
I forgot my camera so I took these photos with my phone (and thanks to Jarrod they are now on my computer!!!)
