New Books!!
One of the wonderful things about International Quilt Market is the people you meet. I have been lucky enough to meet Kim Diehl and Dawn Heese on previous trips to the states and it was great to see them again in Houston.
This time I also met Laurie Baker and Michelle May.
Laurie and Kim have a new book out and I am lucky enough to have a signed copy…
look at the gorgeous quilts in here….
This is Dawns new book…Inspired…
Michelle uses felt and valdani threads in her designs and they are just the cutest!!
and I also have to show you Natalie Bird's new book as it is just gorgeous..
Red Home
Briarside Lane and Red Home
so if you are in NEED of a new book for Christmas (or just because) then these are great books!!
Have a great week!!

December Aurifil Designer of the month
It's that time again and here is the last block!
It is just the cutest!!
It is by the Lizzie B Cre8tive girls, Beth and Liz, and you can read all about them here. You can also download their block and start stitching!
I can't believe this is the last month, it has been great to get to know all the designers and to be a part of a wonderful stitch a long using the best threads!!
Don't forget to have a look at the Flickr group and to upload your block for a chance to win Aurifil threads! Look here for all the photos..
Did you also download my free ornament pattern, my post is on the 7th Nov, so scroll down and have a look.
Here is a great photo of all the ones Lynn has made from my pattern, don't they look so cute?
So back to my needle and thread!! No rest for me as I have lots of wonderful retreats and teaching planned for next year and I have no time to waste!!
Have a great week!
Cheers
