You kow how much I love Martingale and their books..
Well, here is a little look at the March releases (yes I know it's April but..)
Civil War Leagcies by Carol Hopkins.
I have Carol's first book and this one is just as good! I do love a good repro fabric and a scrappy quilt and this book shows them off fabulously! Most definitely on my to do list!
Sew Pratical is a great book for all those quirky projects you didn't know you had to make!! I definitely need the sewing machine cover….
You Can Quilt It. this book by Deborah Poole is a must if you would like to demystify machine quilting….I can only say one thing…gorgeous! I could certainly learn lots from this amazing lady!
and lastly but by no means least….Sweet and Simple Sewing by Jess, Carrie and Lauren Jung. Just a simple pretty book with simple pretty projects! I am going to make some of the zippered bags….just because you can't have too many and they are so sweet!
I hope you like all these books, I certainly do and as they are from Martingale they are just fabulous, with lots of step by step photos and diagrams and of course the MOST gorgeous photos.
All photos by Brent Kane and used with permission from Martingale.
You can view more projects from the books here at the Martingale website..
Have a great weekend
Cheers
Gail
So many temptations! I have the 1st Civil War book too and have hand pieced 3 of the projects and hand quilted them . It’s a pity I always have to convert the pattern instructions butI love the end results. Book 2 is definately on my list with your new one. I looove the 1800s repro fabrics.
Wow! Those projects look great!! So does that Civil War book. love those bright and cheerful fabrics as well!!!
So much to love, so little time LOL!!!
