After a fairly quiet day today I have some photos to show you. this one is of my floor, pretty boring but it is my life at the moment

and some of my collection of Enid Blyton books (and some dust from my kitchen!!).
oh well, off to try and make some dinner, quite possibly a BBQ outside but it is a bit chilly…..cant wait for my new floor…sigh…

How great to meet another Enid Blyton girl. I too have quite a collection which takes in books from my childhood (which is quite a few decades ago) and then books I bought my two boys when they were little. I have created a Fairy Garden for my grand-daughter, but my husband isn’t fooled. He knows it’s really for me. But I will sit on the stone seat and read Enid Blyton stories to Ava.
I can’t wait to see your new projects in the magazines.
Wow! The shoes are SO cool. They are the shoes of dreams!, and the book collection…we’ve got sore necks from sitting sideways trying to read which ones you have there! My husband had to buy a new bookcase for DD’s room to hold ours! Lots of them are DH’s from when he was little. My parents threw mine out! FOOLS!

Love those shoes! LOL! I can’t believe that’s your kitchen – what happened to our quilting table? Will be nice to escape from that floor and head off to the S&C show!
OH! The books! Impossible to find here in Montana… I have only three of Malory Towers, and one Five Go Down to the Sea.
We watch Noddy on tv, but I have to confess I don’t like the computer animation show much.

There is a book called Blue Shoes and Happiness by Alexander McCall Smith. It’s part of the No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency and it’s WONDERFUL. Your shoes reminded me of it ;0)
Oh no!!! no sewing at your house for awhile. Now might be a good time to visit Max Brenner? I almost brought some red shoes last week, but i had to restrain myself, well just for last week any way. Have fun at stitches and craft show.
