Here is a project that I am teaching here in a couple of weeks. Karen asked me to design a birthday cloth for those special days. It is easy piecing and stitching with a few prairie points and ric rac.
I am hoping to get started on a new design today but first I have to help my hubby paint ( I hate painting!!) but the job must be done!

I went to the movies last night with my niece, thought we might have a little time to see a chick flick together. Razzle Dazzle was the chosen movie and I must admit I wasnt too sure about it, especially after the first 5 mins, however it began to get better and by the end I was almost cheering (poor Melissa would have been sooo embarrased). so I quite enjoyed myself and I think Melissa did too!!!

Well, I finally got this finished last night and was able to take a photo this morning. I actually started this back in January but put it aside to work on my new BOM (which hopefully will be done this week). I know Christmas is still a while away (okay 8 MONTHS away) but you can never start too early as it seems to creep up quickly and before you know it,, Its here!! So if you feel in the festive mood, it will be available this week.

Had a great night last night at Mrs Martins Quilt shop, lovely dinner, lovely company and divine chocolate cake. It doesnt really matter that I didnt get much done. The plan, now that it is school holidays, is to get a couple of quilts finished and released as patterns. Have a great weekend

well after lots of procrastination I have finally decided to get this blog up and running!!
I am a mum of 3 boys and have a patchwork/quilt pattern business which I do from home. I am totally addicted to fabric (and chocolate!) and generally manage to sew everyday.
