So another book I also brought home with me is Kim's new book, Simple Charm.
Again it is just gorgeous.
I really want to make this one and I think it is small enough to achieve, considering I am so busy!!
and what about this one too?
Check with your local shop to see if they can get it for you. There are 12 projects in the book and the pictures are just wonderful.
There are more photos here on the Martingale site.
I love the way Kim uses the scrappy look to make such beautiful quilts and I love the way they make me feel!! I could sit and look all day!! (really then I should be sewing!) I was lucky enough to take a class with Kim last year and she is really inspiring.
What are you waiting for?
Have a great weekend
Cheers
Gail
Loving your new 2 books! They both look lovely!
Love that table topper!!
I just bought that book too. 🙂 Both of the quilts you picked are the top two on my list also.
Love kim style, have a couple of her books. Have I made any of her quilts NO but would love to one day.
Gail, why did you have to show me!!! Loving them! Do I need anymore books, patterns or projects??? No…..so tempting though..:-)
Hnnmmm , more books to go on my list to buy at Showcase in Melbourne.
I think this book is full of inspiration. We can learn a lot when it comes to crafting.
Kim’s designs are really great, love them. Got three of her books, and already started on one of her quilts. Need to get it done soon ;o)
The table runner is just gorgeous!
Happy sewing, dear Gail 🙂
