Thanks Gail for a new lovely block! Just one more to go, but I make them twice, so enough to do!

Thanks too Gail, WOW the 7th of each month comes around quickly (and slowly ) Only one month to go and then we will have fininshed our FIRST BOM Like some others I have been doing two. I am hoping to give the second quilt to my friends at my old patchwork group to raffle. They are trying to raise money to have our venue at the old Railway Station rejuvenated. a huge job but SO WORTH doing. So thank you for the inspiration.
I too love the look of the Norway projects LUCKY NORWAY.

Thanks for the new block. I have all mine traced and put them in a little basket that is handy when I want to sit on the porch and stitch. I am almost finished with block one and am determined to finish up through 8 before you post block 9!!!

Norway sounds soooo nice.
Thank you so much for this lovely gift you give us each month! It is one of the things I look forward to each month.
Have a great day
Thank you Gail!
Hi, Gail, I really, really like these designs, and hope to start them soon. I (and a couple of American friends – I’m in Canada) were wondering – do you use DMC floss?? I think you do, they say no. Who’s right?? I look forward to seeing how this finishes, and what other goodies you have in store for us.
Wishing you a wonderful day.

Geeze Ive been gone so long I have 3 blocks to download. Thanks I cant wait to add them. KIM
HI Gail, I have a question. When you are doing french knots and have two little ones at the end of the green stem like you have in your picture with the little red bird, how do you anchor your new thread color? DO you anchor it to the end of the green stem and then do the two french knots and weave the ends back into the stem end? I always wonder how to secure the thread ends when all you have are two little french knots.
PS: thanks for the free bom designs, I’ve loved them and can’t wait to see the finished quilt!
