If you have been browsing blogs lately (and haven’t we all!! LOL) you may have read Kim’s blog and discovered that I will be visiting along with Natalie!! Yes, 2 weeks after we have a workshop in Tasmania we are going to be hosting a workshop at Honeysuckle Cottage!!! (we do get around!!). We are both very excited and look forward to meeting lots of lovely ladies. So pop over and visit Kim to get some more details.
after seeing all the snow photos I thought I would show you a sunny photo! You can’t really see how hot it is…only about 35C today. We are still in holiday mode but I really must have a clean out….I have packed away all the Christmas things and the house is nearly back to normal…..things won’t be normal until 30 Jan when school starts again. I really enjoy the summer holidays as we have no commitments or activities, I like to sit and watch the tennis (Aus open which starts in a week) and sew of course!!

What a lovely photo. It’s hard for me to imagine Christmas with summer since I’m used to cold winter weather. How I wish I could be there at Honeysuckle Cottage when you are there. What a treat that would be! It sounds so fun!
Hi Gail, wow it’s not long now till we go off on our little adventure together….it’s going to be sooo much fun!! Three states in two weeks, I must remember to pack some sweet snacks for us. Love the photo, thank goodness it’s cooler today.

You garden looks so lovely – especially as it is so cold and trying to snow here. I wish I could be at the class with you and Natalie but I did sign up for the Christmas Club at Honeysuckle Cottage so I will get a little piece of Australia in my mailbox each month.

Nice photo of the garden Gail…ours is looking a little brown at the moment..could do with some rain! I am on my last day of hols 🙁 going back to work tomorrow – it has been too hot to get much sewing done, but I have enjoyed the break….and I will enjoy being back at work too (when I get there) am easing myself in with a four day week! Heading into the sewing room now – much cooler today at 30C…enjoy the rest of the holidays!
