it’s Friday

and I have finished the binding on December’s garden…..well I actually finished it on Wednesday but today I took it to Foothills Fabric & Threads so they can hang it in their shop. Pop in and have a look if you are in the area.

I am very happy with the way it turned out, Melinda did a great job with the quilting too!

Have you checked out Mrs Martins Quilt Shop yet, she is having a cyber stitching day (along with the stitching at St Georges day) in June and I am designing 2 projects especially for the day. Quite a few girls have signed up…

Well, off to do some more stitching…..never enough time…I guess the housework will have to wait another day!

Have a good weekend.

  1. Hey Gail! Your finished quilt looks fantastic – well done! Not that we expect anything less from you!! And I wouldn’t worry about the housework – it will still be there waiting when you get round to it and in the meantime you’ll have lovely handstitched treasures to show for your time instead of a dust-free zone that doesn’t stay dust-free for very long anyway!!
