Hard to believe that December is not far off……..about that Christmas shopping!!! (None done yet will wait til next week?)
Here are a couple of photos from the girls in class last week. They all made a tree skirt and most are nearly finished.

as you can see she is still stitching the border……..looks lovely doesn’t it?
I was also very lucky to get a lovely parcel from Leanne last week. She sent me this gorgeous BLUE bowl (how did she know my fave colour is blue?!), I absolutely squealed in delight when I opened it……and there was some yummy chocolate too..
hope you all are ready for Christmas!!!! (my SSCS will be sent this week, I will probably open mine as soon as it arrives as I am not very good at waiting…..I will be too excited!!)

No Xmas shopping done here either. The tree skirts are really cute I love the stitched border.
Hi Gail…I’m sending my SS gift too. I was going to wait until Christmas to open mine (when it comes) but I’ve decided that I would get so much pleasure from opening it when it comes that I think I’ve changed my mind. Great blue bowl!
Oh those tree skirts are just great. I never seem to get around to making Christmas-themed things for myself – I feel inspired now to make something Christmassy to keep for ME!!
The girls work is lovely! I wish i could stitch as quikly as you do, then i could get more projects done.
No luck for me with christmas shopping either, although i must say i have been quite successful at purchasing christmas presents for myself- including fabrics, kits and new patterns and books. Oh well, i must treat myself too.

Love the tree skirts the girls have done a fab job!! PLEASE release as a pattern because I need one????!!!! Unless you want to teach it at Loxton next year. 🙂 Starting to panic slightly because I havent done any Xmas shopping yet so its next week for me as well, I really dont wont to be doing the last minute thing that normally happens, way too stressful!!
