New Banner!!

Have had alot of fun this morning with Leanne working on our new banners……hope you like them…..a BIG thank you to Natalie for pointing me in the right direction. I have admired all the other blogs with their beautiful banners and was reluctant to play around with mine. Now I know how easy it really is!!!

School is well and truly back today and the house is peaceful…I had better get some work done now!!! Only 2 weeks until we fly to Tasmania for the retreat at The Country Quilter…I am getting a bit excited!!!

I have been working on my "Seasons" BOM in the fabrics that Kim has used, I am really liking it and have almost finished the blocks.P1020452 here is block 1….

Well back to work!!!

Cheers

Gail

  1. Love the new banner!
Hobart – that was me sighing whistfully. I would so love to go back to Hobart for a visit. Make sure you visit the Bakery in Hampden Road in Battery Point while you are there oh and the wine marinated fish at Mure’s. Off to have a vegemite sandwich now and daydream.

  2. Love the new banner. Love the new quilt. And gee…what did it take…about 3 seconds to get three sign-ups for your PIF??? Who wouldn’t want a PIF from Gail??? I had lots of fun doing my PIF — hope you enjoy it. How fun it will be to see what you come up with.

  3. Oh that banner is great – and your new BOM looks lovely. I’ve signed up to do so many BOM’s this year, that I’ll need an extra couple of months in the year to get them all done!!

  7. LOVE your new banner – and mine too! What would I do without you? Let me see, exercise less, drink less coffee, laugh less, eat less chocolate – yes, we are good together! LOL

  8. Thank you so much for showing your version of Seasons using our fabrics. I am feeling very special. I know how very precious stitching time is.
