Pressies!!

Hi everyone, wow doesn’t the week go fast. I have finally been able to get on my computer today. It is on a go slow as my boys have passed our download limit (very frustrating).

Liam has drawn some names and the winners are Tracey, Laila and Leanne. Congrats!!! If you email me your address i will pop the patterns in the post.

Thanks to everyone who left a comment, I really appreciate it.

I have tried to put a photo of my newest quilt in progress but it wouldn’t work. i have sewn the 16 blocks together, put a border of cream to stitch on and then a border of green. I have used the Rites of Spring range which I used for "seasons". I am very happy with how it looks so far. Once we get some speed back i will post a photo.

I am going to Warrnambool on the weekend for a workshop at Fragrant Cottage. My friend Robyn and her friend Vicki are coming so it should be a lot of fun. (My family have already planned what they will do without me!!)

thats all for now

Cheers

Gail

PS did you know??  ….. I dont drink tea, coffee or coke!

Lucy me 😉 Big hug from Norway

  2. Congrats to the winners! I think I’m addicted to Diet Coke, I have only just recently started drinking tea – love the smell of freshly brewed coffee but can’t stand the taste. Have a great weekend in Warrnambool…..

  3. I can’t wait to see the new quilt! I hope you can post a picture soon. I like to drink tea and not coffee because it makes me warm and i especially like green or white tea. Do you like hot chocolate though?
    Love nicky

  4. I could do without a lot of things but not that first cup of coffee each day. And I am wondering, what are pressies? I have seen that phrase on other blogs and am not familiar with the meaning.

  5. The little sister has the coffee and coke addiction!! Can’t start the day without a coffee and it goes on all day and the hot days are coke instead. A privilidged sister has had a peek at the new quilt and I can only say “stunning”. Definitely something to look forward to.
