Primitive Quilts and Projects

I was so excited last year to discover this new magazine when I was in the US. I was doubly excited to see the girls at Quilt Market in Salt Lake City. So imagine my delight when I submitted a project and it was accepted to be published in the summer issue.

I am so in love with this magazine and if you dont already know about it, please go over to the blog and read all about it!!

Here is the link

I am lucky to have a couple of extra copies so if you would like to win one please leave a comment. Unfortunately due to the enormous cost of postage I am unable to post overseas.

I hope you like it!!

Cheers

Gail

PS. I had all intentions of using weeks dye works threads but at the last minute changed to a crescent colors thread, so my apologies to everyone. They are all gorgeous threads!!

  5. Hi Gail, I love your house quilt. I am always attracted to quilts with houses on them and this one looks like it is very achievable. I tried to look at the magazine but my connection is playing up so will try later. Also got my eye on that lovely cover photo quilt.

  15. Congratulations Gail!!! I’m so excited for you. What a great magazine to have your pattern published in, it is so popular! By the way, the ladies at the Shepherds Bush asked me about you the last time I was in there…you made quite an impression when you were here. OH!!! The owner of ‘Sweet Lavender’ also inquired about you and Sandra a couple of months ago when I dropped by there to look at threads. (you remember the ‘Dragon Lady’ that turned out to be a sweetheart? LOL) Big Hugs sweet friend….
