I have had a lovely afternoon at foothills fabric & threads taking part in the "Biggest Morning Tea" to raise funds for cancer research. (yes it was in the afternoon as the morning session was full!) we had lovely cakes and slices and made a little scissor case, all the materials kindly donated by Sandra & Lesley.

Looks like fun. We are having a big tea party here in a few weeks as a “shower” for the new kitchen at our church. But it would really be fun to take tea in a quilt shop with other quilters.
