March Homespun

Today I received in the post a copy of the latest edition of Homespun magazine……and I have a project in it! If you turn to page 66 (now why would I remember that LOL) you will see my little wallhanging…Homespun

With much coaxing from Leanne, I have named my Bernina……Sabrina Bernina!!! Hoping she will weave a little magic……LOL

    So Leanne really managed to pressure you to give your Bernina a name *lol* Love the name you picked! But sort of makes me wonder: Am I the only one with a male Bernina??? Love my Bernie, though :o)

  8. Can’t wait till the morning to go to the shops and get the latest Homespun mag, then to come home turn on the aircon and sip a nice cup of tea while I read cover to cover. Love your new project, just finished your Country Kitchen sampler, ( only taken me 2 years, then my friend asked me to do her one – don’t like her chances) to many others I would like to do – like this one!   11. Beautiful quilt – congrats on it’s being published in that wonderful magazine. Wish I could subscribe here in the US at an affordable cost. That is my favorite quilt publication, so full of goodies.

  14. I got mine yesterday Gail!! I love it when there is project by people I “know” even if only in a virtual sense. I am wondering if I should name my machine, maybe Husky?? (The Husqvarna) Not loving it?? Will have to keep thinking.

I was at the newsagents yesterday and saw the latest homespun, I bought it and popped into my local Cafe’ and started to read, I got to your project and as I looked at the page I was thinking that “this looks like something Gail Pan would do – its just pretty” and voila it was yours – congrats, its a great little project..
